I’m so glad you’ve found your way here.

Whether you’ve arrived through curiosity, synchronicity, or soul-searching, thank you for stumbling across this space. It’s been growing organically for over 7 years, rooted in my offerings of Yoga, Women’s Circles, Sound Healing and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

This is a place for seasonal living, embodied wisdom, and sacred connection.

Here, you’ll find details of my monthly circles, sound journey's, workshops, and retreats, each one crafted to support women in reconnecting with their bodies, their rhythms, and their inner voice. Keep an eye out each month for what’s unfolding.

The Women's Circle + Sound Scape

A new monthly circle held at Berry Farm, South cerney.

This circle is a smaller, more intimate circle which strips back any themes & concerntrates on the truth around why they are so important.
Building a community of women to just be.
A continuation & peeling back of layers for it to just be.
The Women's Circle.

Held monthly & we close each circle with a small sound scape using Crystalline Singing Bowls

Circles, Sound Healing & Gatherings

Embrace the warmth of an expanding sisterhood and kindle your inner light with beautiful practices designed to inspire dreaming, softness, community and supportive inner tending.

We offer our circle as a way to empower and awaken ourselves and to form deep connections with those around us.

This supports us to go deeper into the work of rewilding and reclamation, where we can begin to transmute and process our experiences on a somatic, and soul level.

A women's circle is a truly sacred space and container for those who attend to be witnessed without fear or judgement.

A space free from judgement, competition, demands, expectation, pressure or noise.

In circle everyone is equal and we can be together authentically, and in trust.

The women's circle is a refuge. A space for all to be together in loving trust, initiating ourselves back into the ancient feminine way.

Alongside Cacao, tinctures & essential oils.

Expect gentle meditations, energy talks, crystals as a part of a ritual, sharing and journal prompts to guide you deeper into the circle space.

Heart Resonance Sound Journey

I recently passed my 200 hour qualification in Sound Healing, this was a part of the wonderful Frequency of Light Technique taught and created by Molly Anne Chinner.
Following my qualification i have began creating my own Sound Healing Journey's for you all, every other month held at The Henge Shop in Avebury, Wiltshire.
