A circle of Cyclical Nature.
This is an evening Circle held in my garden in Swindon, Wiltshire.
A cyclical circle for us to drop into how we can affectively use the seasons, nature & lunar phases to drop into the rhythms of our bleed but more so our physical & emotional body.

Our Yoni ~ an introduction on our Yoni + how we can support her.
Journaling to drop deeper into the connection we do or don’t have with ourselves, our menstrual cycle or bodies (you do not need to have a bleed itself to join this circle it is for anyone who is a woman)
